Technology and trade, not manual slave labor, made America a world power. Unskilled slave labor is a minor reason for the vast economic gap between United States & other countries. If massive unskilled manual labor was the major factor to economic success, then populous countries with massive unskilled labor like Africa would be the leading economic countries today instead of comparatively tiny countries with small populations but huge technologies like England and Japan & the US.

Regarding an educational system that teaches an inherent superiority of European roots, I dont think its a racial thing I think its a technology thing. The world educational system teaches European technology and European concepts of math, science, and political systems simply because there is little alternative non-western technology to teach. Comparatively little technology was developed in the nonwestern world so schools teach from what is available.

It was a small economic system that grew into trade and technology. What Dr. Wilson is refering to is the root foundation of this countrys economy. Multigenerational wealth does exist but only for the top 1%. A Blueprint for Black power must include the primary strategy of the 1%: teach the selflessness of Christianity and Islam. The selflessness that moves a parent to leave a legacy to their children like the 1% does. Most Blacks (and Whites) have no concept of legacy. Catscratch is right in that wealth from slave labor is inherited wealth. Most of today's rich didn't receive inherited wealth at all. Slave labor is not responsible for most of the wealth today because inheritance is a minor source of today's wealth. The wealthiest 1 percent in net worth received only 17 percent of their wealth from inheritance. The poorest 50 percent received only 7 percent from inheritance.

The system isn't 100% fair but we have a good chance to imitate what worked for the top 1%. That's the REAL blueprint for power.

Aboriginal America had developed no concept of the legal land ownership.
