at the end when all those robotic eyes fall off they are moral chips or what ever GLaDOS said they were but after the first one was destoryed GLaDOS was talking differently. I would assume that GLaDOS is fucking up due to the moral chips is supressing the "evil" GLaDOS that is trying to show through.
