1. Druggies trying to be "cool" by letting people know they are on drugs.
2. People who don't do drugs but want to LOOK "cool" and are pretending they're on drugs.
They real cool people in clubs are the ones that aren't wearing sunglasses and are cool for not advertising or pretending.
