A "mixed-income" community would be 1/3 for the elderly or single, female-headed households w/children, 1/3 would be reduced for the working class families and it would be based on a % of their income. The last 1/3 would be for the yuppies, and they should pay the market rate. CHA's idea of "mixed-income" housing is 80% for the rich yuppies and only 20% for public housing. So what happens to all of the poor people whose homes were demolished. They're out on the streets now. Great job CHA.
