  • i am on windows 7

  • For the love of G-D I cannot make the touch ring go a frame up or down. I used keystroke option and made it page up and down and it doesint do anything on aftereffects.

  • fly on mouth

  • @Moleculka ...all i could watch. haha.

  • Wow... I have a Wacom but it's a far cry from this one. COOL PRODUCT! I want one, but it'll be a while before I can afford one!

  • jus got the intuos 4 .is the chunkier grip that came with it better than the standard grip? any tips?

  • I been using mac at home, work and when i was in school. Those design firms that use PC and corel are cheap low end and have bad artist working for them. They just care about the sales and sales people. Trust me you don't what to work for these firms.

  • where can i buy the wacom tablets

  • It looks great BUT it is for Windows only.

WHAT A SHORT SIGHTEDNESS . . DON'T YOU GUYS KNOW THAT MOST OF ARTISTS AND DESIGNERS ARE MACINTOSH USERS ?

    Wake up to reality.

  • @Muhammed140

You should probably wake up to reality before flying off the handle based on false assumptions. Wacom products are used on both PC and Mac and have been for years. Being that most artists and designers are aware of this fact, they probably did not deem it necessary to point it out on every video since that is taking time away from demonstration. a quick trip to their site would have been quicker than your all caps gibberish.

  • @Muhammed140

he he not anymore, pro's are now getting pretty nasty becouse of very bad development in Apple Pro segment of computers - lack of in/out connectors, old type of HW components - CPU, GPU etc. They are switching to PC. :)

Pro's helped to Apple all the time but now with that huge iPhone iPad iConsumer hype Apple dont care anymore and showing them their back.....

    Thas it.

  • @pangrac1 your comment makes almost no sense

  • @pangrac1 You're actually somewhat right. Apple is becoming more of a 'prosumer' brand rather than a professional brand. They threw in the towel with Final Cut Pro X, which I'm still vomiting with rage over because I've been a Final Cut Pro user/lover my whole life. Apple is a slowly sinking ship in the professional world. Their only hope is reworking Macbook Pro designs so they can run without setting your lap on fire.

  • @Muhammed140 You're not very smart, are you? Haven't you seen this guy is working on a Macintosh computer???

  • Where the freck can I download this profile for my tablet. I hate customizing my own workflow or better yet I would like to test it out.

  • hahahahahhahaah thats an epic fail compared to my toshiba portege m780....

    maybe next time guys

  • @michaelheialnd The m780 is a computer, these are just displays/input devices. Apples and oranges yeh?

  • Whoaaa~

  • Mine broke -_-

  • This is madness...i went into orbit at about 01:50

  • seriously...is all this needed....i just wana do movies mayn!!!! T_T

  • The only thing I dig here is the timeline JOG effect with round button, other stuff is a bit confusing confusing.

  • @polyrider81 ....yep

  • awesome video, this helped me organize my touch ring. had no idea it could be used for these methods! thanks!... I do have to note that if you already have the tablet, this is a great use for it but if your'e going to buy it because of after effects, I say think carefully.

  • @wacom USELESS. show me one after effects professional who is actually saving time by using a tablet. please stick to your main professional audience, which is illustrators, digital painters and graphic artists.

Concerning the cintiq do something about your cable management, resolution and price politics, it makes me aggressive seeing how you throw products on the market which seem as if nobody gives a s**t about them in the design phase. just having the tech doesnt mean you can sell us anything

  • @Wacom Please, the Page-Up and Page-Down keys are not teachable to the touch ring under Windows 7 64bit in AfterEffect an even not in other applications. Everyting works fine, but not these both keys. So its not possoble to scratch the timeline via the touchring. Only in MAC ?!

Please comment here . Thank you !

    Regard´s Tom

  • judging by how horribly Adobe handles peripherals in the past (e.g the Magic Mouse) I definitely can't see myself risking this investment.

  • @IPUNCHEDALION I thing the Magic Mouse is the one to blame here, an actual button is a must for real graphic work. dont get me wrong; magic mouse is great for surf the web, check email or a quick fix in iphoto... but for a 8 hours a day compositing work is a bad joke.

  • so how much is this tablet? the one used in this video?

  • nice video
