I have the same fault, some octaves have a distorted clicking sound. When three or more notes are played at the same time, the top note continues to sound when fingers lifted off. It is not a sticky key as the percussion still sounds. It is cleared when the organ is switched off, or the pre-set is cancelled / selected but returns when 3 notes played. I have removed the PCBs and there are no components on the back of the main processor board as described by one contributor. Help please!!!
@RRvideo send me a message with your email and i will send you the BIN files, the you can burn your own EPROMS, if you don't have EPROM burner i can send you a copy for a small fee. ;-)
Mine output is only pop like keyclick. One of saved sounds worked as monophonic until I reset factory settings. I´m also interested if software update could help?

Does anyone have the v2 immage i can get, or the eproms, im having same sort of probs, see my vid "Hammond xb2 problem please help"

Any solutions that worked? Have a similar problem that is not the internal midi. Nor is it midi jitter as I monitored it with midiOx.

We just changed the PC boards.Sometimes we could fix the broken ones.Its worse now with no new PC boards to buy.

Well just use midi from another keyboard to trigger the same notes if the notes play then it's not the tone generator

That was the first thing i checkd, i also disconnect the internal keyboard and triggering via midi ... it's a shame !!
Hammond don't have spare parts anymore !!
