Ugh I spent all my money on supernova and then the spell isn't on my spell list the next time I play! I had it on my quick spell menu, but it's only level one... How do I get it again?
So wait, the spell isn't even in your Spell Journal anymore? Are you sure you saved after buying the spell? Check your funds and make sure you saved after buying it.
If you saved then it should be in your Spell Journal. If you can find it there, just set the appropriate circle according to your Elemental skill and reassign it to a hotkey. If the spell isn't there and your money is still gone then you must have come across some kind of bug. :(

As for "getting it again" -- well, you would either have to:
a) find it on your travels (possible, although highly unlikely)
b) purchase it again when it shows up during vendor restocks
