  • Oh hey! Have you considered - fast abs magic (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? Ive heard some decent things about it and my brother in law got ripped 6 pack abs and lost a lot of belly fat with it.

  • Zombie Fitness has too many fat people. Where's the skinny people at?

  • this video really made me feel comfortable about joining the Zumba class.. thanks ladies u rock!

  • To the instructor of this class: you have wonderful enthusiasm and you're so friendly with your students, however you need to work on your rhythm. Your steps are not on the beat, especially during the cumbia track. As far as choreography is concerned, it's fine and good for fitness but if you want to get more adventurous, I suggest going to a ZIN Jam session, or becoming a ZIN if you aren't already a member.

  • ! Have you considered intellectus 424 diet (do a google search)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my mate lost tons of weight with it.

  • i just started ZUMBAAA and i looove it!!!.Keep up the good work!!!...Everyday brings us closer to our Goals!

  • Goo for you Shawnee! You are an inspiration to all of us.

  • the ladies were really giving their all...but that INSTRUCTOR IS HORRIBLE! She doesn't have any rhythm and her steps were off beat with the music playing. She is really doing the participants a disservice by teaching this class.. I don't care, any true Zumba go-er can recognize that the problem is the INSTRUCTOR.. I am really upset..how did she get certified???

  • WAY TO GO LADIES!! I've been wanting to do Zumba too but I definately did NOT want to do a class with a bunch of stick thin women..yeah, that'll help people's self esteem. Anywho, Thank you so much for posting and keep up the great work!!

  • We have a fitness challenge starting at work where we will be in teams of 5 weeks. I have rotten knees! My problem has been not being able to work out. My team and I will be starting Zumba classes in two weeks and I wanted to check it out! This video inspired me to do it! It's nice to see some full figured ladies (like me) are able to do it!! I'm not worried anymore! Thanks! Looks like fun!

  • Wow I think it's awesome that this is something that people of all sizes can do and I do feel that seeing that is motivation to others! So way to go ladies!

  • Seems like the instructor has no rythm~

  • Hooray to all the participating ladies... you rock, girls :o)

I started a zumba class ytwo weeks ago being the only overweight lady in my class (about 100 lbs too much). My class mates are really sweet encouraging me to stick to the class but the teacher keeps ignoring me never correcting my posture or my steps.

Thank you for posting this video... next time I go to the class I will just join in the fun and not feel like a duck among swans :o)

  • I did zumba for the first time last week. I am overweight by about 100 lbs and I lasted 45 mins before I threw in the towel. My instructor was like Gillian Michaels on crack. She screamed the whole way throw but told us just do what you can. that's true just do what you can until you can do the moves.

  • I am so thankful for this class on here. I have recently signed up for a Zumba class...I am the only fat one there, but all the girls have given me such high encouragement....so keep it up ladies....it is fun and I love it...YOU GO GIRLS

  • You don't have to buy the videos, I have created a whole playlist here on Youtube and I work out to that =] I love it!

  • My instructor always says it doesn't matter if you cant do all the steps, as long as you shake something!! :)

  • the best thing is that these ladies are all moving and burning up calories - doesnt matter what size you are, they are all trying to keep fit which is brilliant! I want to have a go now!

  • How dare somebody say something negative about this video. I just started ZUMBA two weeks ago and I love it. My wife and I attend five days a week and I believe that it is one of the most energetic and enjoyable ways to get in shape. It does not matter your size and how you look when you are doing these movements. What matters is that you are moving. I congratulate the instructor as well as the ladies in the video for putting this on for all to see. Keep up the good work ladies, don't quit

  • i realy wish i could find a class like this near me where theres women of size participating..im always hesitant to go in alone when everyone else is advanced an has more energy then me.

  • Zumba but I never see anyone my very large size. Now I know I can do it too. I started by just doing the arm movements in my chair, and now I can get my arms over my head without a problem!! I want to see more from you ladies especially the blondish lady in the black tank top with a tatoo on her right sholder and gray slacks, you're my size and you have inspired me!! Please, please, please, do more videos and send them my way so I can stay inspired you rock!!!!!

  • @nitnubette - Don't make anyone else responsible for motivating you!

The people in this clip are doing ZUMBA, girl in the black tank top is getting the moves down and getting fit ... and you're asking HER to motivate YOU?

The best compliment you can pay the girl in the black tank top her is to SHOW HER YOUR RESULTS!

Talk is cheap - don't talk - JUST DO IT! Then make a video and to prove you can do it too.

  • How are you ladies doing today? July 2010 I would love to see a updated vid showing how Zumba has changed you. I just started it locally this week and can tell a difference in my abs already. Thanks for having no fear and posting this workout.

  • Sorry didn't realize I'm under my husbands login Im responding to Naet28 I'm imay11102

  • responding to NaeT28...I have an awesome instructor and I know what zumba is supposed to look like and this is not it....I didn't say anything about the ladies working out they are doing a great job!! I was talking about the instructor...by the way my instructor adelicia410 you can look her up and see what zumba is supposed to look like...she actually trained with Beto the creator of Zumba...aerobics based on latin dances. not aerobics to spanish music which is what this is

  • @queenzfinest78 I do agree with you on this seems to be not the same Zumba class like I go to. All the ladies did great though and makes me wonder if this isn't the Zumba Gold class that is designed for deconditioned people. If that is the case that will explain why it is low impact. I have to have a high impact class or else I don't feel like I am doing anything.

  • Congratulations girls---I attend a Zumba class every day! I have even been to one in Shawnee when I was visiting. HOWEVER I could never enjoy a teacher that can't keep the beat! Wow! Isn't that impossible?

  • so proud of you, shawnee. bless you. i think i'm motivated to do the same.

  • I think the ladies in this video gave it their best and thats whats zumba is all about, having fun and just moving your body...to reply to "imay11102" who said "this is the worst zumba class i ever seen. horrible instructor"....how can you say that, these woman gave it their all and the instructor is not that bad..........for instructing a group of women like this, its best done this way, you wouldnt want to have an instructor who went right into something extremely fast and high impact..

  • ta moletka v ciernom tielku ma aspon zmysel pre rytmus...odmyslite si postavu a vsimajte si tie pohyby...

  • way to go girls!!!

    keep it up...

  • misty!! haha!! you crack me up! put that hand down girl!!
