This by far has done the best job of making all 6 disjointed movies seem like a coherent story. As a child of the Original movie, and disliker of the prequels, this is the only presentation that has made me think if them as part of the whole. Well done! Very very high praise for your efforts.

This is a superb fan trailer, you've done an outstanding job, however it is missing one crucial element - the iconic John Williams Star Wars music - and when you mix the music, be sure not to drown out the dialog. It was difficult to hear what they actors were saying at times - even though I know all six movies really well. Top job!

trust me, the choices & mix of music tracks don't work here. It is so "typical" student-trying-to-imitate-holl­ywood fare that it was made by an editor only who did not collaborate with a musician who knows what he's doing. The music actually pisses people off, because they sense it was slapped on. But Lucas paid extremo attention to the music, precisely to make it not sound typical hollywood. Learn from Lucas

I would love to make my own film like Star Wars, but I would do mine alot different from what Lucas had done. Lucas got alot of his ideas from Joesph Campbell and Flash Gordon.

Alot of films that get made these days, get called Star Wars rip-offs. (Not all, just some)

The music is a little too loud in some parts, but the editing is perfect. I liked the way the part with Luke and Owen was edited. Just those few seconds feel more affective than how it is in the real movie because of the small changes.

Lucas films shut him down. They said it was a type of copy right infringemnet. They very thing Lucas was against, he has become. He is his own Darth Vader in my opinion. Power & money hungry. Actually, as long as you don't release the film to the public you'll be ok. Trailers are fine, but generally, anything that has over 10 minutes of official footage will get shut down. It doesn't matter that you're not making a profit from it, you're simply not allowed to make the full film available. Fan edit or not, it's still piracy.

No...still counts as a full movie. If that were legal then youtube would be full of movies put up in 10min parts...but they are taken down due to copyright infringement...any attempt to put this movie online will be shut down by Lucasfilm and the makers may end up with a lawsuit on their hands.
