What you hear is primarily the GAB.. this is done for performance gains. If you analyze what "rice" is, it has nothing to o with performance, and everything to do with looks. The GAB certainly isn't done for looks, lol!

no you dont buy it, thats the point of doing it, it doesnt cost anything, all you do is cut the top of your intake box and use a coat hanger or some shit, if i were you i'd just cut a 3 inch hole above the air intake, same principal.. SPOOLING of air.. i did that on my dakota years back, worked just as good as a real cone...
