Hakka like to call Taiwanese Language & Taiwanese People as Holo; due to political reasons bcos Hakka is a minority in Taiwan. Hakka make up only less than 15% of Taiwan populations BUT less than one-third of Hakka speaks Hakka today in Taiwan. Most Hakka had assimilated as mainstream Taiwanese or Mandarin Chinese esp in Taipei City.
