@Cabexudo51 Normally you would play the altered scale, which is the 7th mode of the jazz melodic minor. In this example an E major arpeggio is played, suggesting E lydian. If you're playing the alt chord on the piano you could add all alterations - b5 #5 b9 #9. But on guitar, yes, it's Bb Ab D F#

So.. in piano can I ADD all alterations or should I REPLACE them for the fifth?
