Well it says'If Only Tonight' So I would presume that it's called that, but however, this song truly sounds like a William Orbit song, but I just don't quite know the artist who sings the actual song though, this is very frustrating..

The audio used in this promotion is commissioned that is unavailable for public use. I have asked the kind people @ Nine over Facebook GEMchannel and Facebook channel9. I even called TCN9 and spoke to the people who were managering the audio for the promotion.

I emailed channel 9 and this was their reply: "We have been advised by Channel Nine that the promotional music used on promotional advertisements for GEM were created by Channel Nine’s production team. Unfortunately, this means that they are in-house productions and are not available for download or purchase. I’m sorry that I can’t provide a more positive answer." Shame.

I used TrackID(TM) on my phone severel time to this song from 0:45 to 0:58 and it couldn't find a match for it.
