@harabas1 Well if you want a Type S then you would be looking at a 07+, because that is the first year of them. I would def stay away from the 04 model because of the notorious dash cracking issues. 05 and up base models are the same to me, but if you want an S get the 07

@Atardedorange Installation cost me nothing but 8 hours of my time. Comptech's instructions are well done and very detailed. 0-60 times IF i had to guess would be a 4.8-5.2

TL is such a great car, i've had mine for 7 years, hasn't caused me 1 problem. Handles well, and it's smooth at high speed.The only modification I did was add a cold-air intake for the added sexy sound of the high end RPM's. Ever since I added the intake my fuel economy was gotten worse though.

@Impulset0 yeah i have had mine for almost 6 years now and ill admit it has been in the shop for recalls and dumb crap covered under warranty, but the TL can be a real bitch in hot weather with all the heat soak in the summer. I did have some MPG problems but that was only with 19" rims and some shitty tires. My mpg on stocks was 23 city and with the crappy tires it went to 14mpg

@RONJONTL757 Serious heat soak in the summer. I cut some holes in the windshield washer assembly for hot air to exit over the windshield and also removed all the plastic crap covering the engine. It helped a little. My fuel economy is crap though and I can't figure out why. I usually get maximum 400km to the tank mixed highway/city. Ahhhhh....love the sound of your supercharger hahaha.

@RyguyCC Sure there is. reason why mine is on is because im running RV6 V2 precats and the o2 sensors are sitting in the pipe and the readings are off because of the pipes straight through design. They make L shaped defoulers that take the o2 sensor back a few inches which will prevent the CEL

hmm A/F looks nice, right in the sweet spot. thats the thing about S/C cars, it never looks as fast as its going, powerband so linear. i had a S/C maxima, and it never felt i was moving too fast until i blew pass a 6.0 GTO trynna race me. i have a TT sc300 now, and the turbos just give you a sudden jolt of forward thrust...good stuff man
