the male body declines muscle when you are in your 40's you will NOT be able to build anymore UNLESS you use roids , also getting into 40s with a musclely body it will be fill with fat. First off its nto the muscle that declines. Its the hormones your body is produces.

As you age your body produces less and less. Thats why you cant keep all the muscle.

Also the reason you gain fat. Muscle doesnt turn to flab...period. Your so called BB friends are ending up "FLAB" because they arent paying enough attention to their diets. Not because they busted their asses to be big when they were younger.
