Wow, okay first, she isn't a witch she is a confessor, Richard's dad was murdered before he was bit by the vine and finds Kahlan. She doesn't pull out the night wisp until her and Richard are inside a tree setting up a small camp for the night. Also Richard chose to go to Zedd, he loves Zedd and would never say no to going to him. Also everything with the quad never came and talked to everybody. Then the encounters with Zedd didn't happen in that order, Richard and Kahlan were together then.
