I called the Department of Agriculture and filed a report with them. An investigation took place which concluded that there was a large amount of copper in the dirt and leaves of the trees on our property next to where the spraying took place. The department also tested for traces of malathion, which there was no evidence. Why? Because malathion has a very short half-life (1 week). It then breaks down into 2 more toxic component chemicals but the Department of Agriculture didnt test for those 2

My family and farm was over sprayed with a illegal brew of toxic chemicals applied by a big agriculture company nearby. I caught them on camera in the act and video interviewed the guys doing the spraying. They showed me the packages of copper and malathion. I then have videos of almost all our animals dying the next day including 30 chickens, a dozen goats, a swan. My wife had a miscarriage and my father fell and broke his hip. My mother has had an ongoing skin condition.

From what I've heard is that it's broad in scope, but found nothing that states that I can't grow my own. Im sure you can't sell it without meeting some sort of regulation that will kill small farmers -which is enough for me to be against it, but as far as growing your own, I can't find it. @shanepaulcoward I'm not convinced that "peak oil" is real. In fact, I'd say it's bullshit. Two reasons- Deepwater Horizon punched a tiny hole in the outskirts of the Macondo field and exploded from the pressure it encountered. Second, there's more oil in either of the former USSR or North America than the entire Middle East. I'm not promoting fossil fuel usage or defending big oil. I just think "peak oil" is propaganda.
Still, BP don't hold a candle to the level of evil that is Monsa..

If you want to read a good book about Monstanto and other companiesthat are trying to control the worlds food supply, as well as patent and own living organisms, read "Biopiracy" by Vandana Shiva. they also have patented lifeforms genetic codes, declaring copyright on life. This is a precedent which needs to be met with vigorous opposition

With that said, I am just beginning my odyssey. I do find that that an ex CEO of Monsantos has been assigned by Obama to be in charge of an agency that is suppose to protect peoples right to safe food. Let me guess, Obama could not think of a more qualified individual. Help me why am I not confident with Obama's direction.
