i have really watery eyes and whenever in put on eyeliner on my waterline it washes away after like 1 hour! any tips?

@Webkinz101100 dry your waterline w| a cotton swab, apply the liner, then set it with a black shadow. Use a long wearing liner too. hope this helped :)
