Tosh would bring his tour through Seattle on a regular basis and I saw him three times, each August, 1981-83. One could really see his evolution - first time was fairly low budget with local bands opening, next time was a great double billing with Jimmy Cliff, by 83 Tosh had performed with Mick Jagger and recorded Johnny B. Goode and had crossed over to the pop world. But hey, three great shows!
