There's another version of this one too! The mom comes into the room that the kids are hanging out in and makes the girl on the left and the boy leave and sits down next to the blonde girl and tells her that she is never going to be a professional actor and she should knock it off. The little girl starts crying and runs out of the room but her dad catches her and spanks her for running around their expensive couch. Then the mom and dad put on Chuck e cheese work clothes and leave the house.

As a TV-addicted kid of the '80s, I LOVE the Dallas reruns reference - and I miss Showbiz like no one's business. It just never seemed the same after Chuck E. Cheese took over and the bear and gorilla left the building. *sigh*
