It's a reference to when some kids made a video of themselves burning a kitten alive for fun and then added music from the video-game Doom to try and make it seem cool. Somebody commented that they're sadistic fucked-up losers saying that "Not even Doom music could make what you've done cool or funny". Since then, it sort of became a meme.
