So when the girl says "Javier, ¿por qué no me tocás algo?" She's saying "Javier, why don't you play me something?" but it can be interpreted as "Javier, why don't you touch me something?" So she realizes that what she said doesn't sound right. And gives a small "oops" along with her look of having said something inappropriate.
