@rwexler649 hi this vessel is a roll on \roll of end are special kind of vessel can carry the very heavy cargo (truck,container ,end over size cargo)end during cargo operation make first mistake loaded the very heavy cargo on top of vessel while the bottom is empty .the ballast sistem is a second trouble some valve gone wrong greatings from italy.tell me when come back hear

sorry for all the people who were involved, I heard nobody was injured...
I work in the port of Antwerp, I heard it was a computer ballast (huge)miscalculation...
Maybe somebody can explain to me what really happened...???
