can't use an SD card, has to be within the phone's internal memory. BitPim is the easiest way (that i've found) to hack into your phone

Yeah you do. This is pretty easy to do. All you do is replace the Wallpaper/fun animations stuff(with bitpim). I have games on them, but he had some cool wallpapers, i'll have to check some of them out. I'm guessing it's a in flash format, but that's just my guess.

The phone supports it. Any card will take any format of any file. It depends on how whatever is accessing the card uses it. The phone natively supports it, I had no problem doing it myself.

for anybody wondering how he got those wallpapers, i'm assuming he does what i do with my dare which is use BitPim to hack into the phone. The standard wallpapers that the Dare uses are just your basic Flash .swf files. Using BitPim, you can go in and replace those files with your own .swf files, thus giving you custom interactive wallpapers. Make sure to back up for files when using BitPim though!

Actually to put the wallpapers he has where they are on the screen...he did have to hack the phone. He used BitPim to swap the default images with his own, which IS hacking the phone. Guess you don't own a Dare?

LG DARE is a great mobile Phone: loud, clear and excellent signal reception. However, the rest of the applications within this device are all buggy and craps other than the attractive 3 mpix camera but useless since the native phone available memory mere 150 meg. Once storage set to trans flash, the camera speed cripple. HIgh speed or not, Tran flash is cos significant lag on the device.
