@Mischelle999 actually i have never said wether or not i support gillard or abbot, my problem with your first comment was that it was sexist biased dribble with no facts or figures it made you sound like a complete whack job! but since your second comment came with a few figures and such (assuming they are correct) then it makes your arguement much more convincing. i have no problems with a woman being in any position of power and/or authority. so long as they are fit for the job.

@Mischelle999 to continue, equally for all is great, but it can also be a two way street and the way you trash talk men and make our current pollitical situation about gender. isn't doing anybody any favours and makes you just as sexist as the men you seem to be rebeling against. sometimes its better to remain quiet and be thought of as a fool than to open your mouth and remove all doubt. im interested in what people have to say ,even you, and found you second statement much more informative.

@Mischelle999 oh i'm not denying that fact. its just that, there is more to politics than gender. while there are males who will ridicule our P.M for being female, they can at least provide interesting facts to argue they're point as to why they have no confidence in her. me personally i choose to ignore blokes who JUST make the shallow ''useless female'' or ''redhead'' remarks, as they usually have no idea what there on about. and your first comment boarded on the same stupidity as them.

Has it ever crossed you're mind that the reason Julia Gillard is so unpopular isn't because she is female but because of the things she has done? @Mischelle999 if the labor goverment is so good at creating over 400,000 new job's how come 100,000 odd jobs have been lost and unemployment numbers are up??? I lost my job in August because the company went into recievership and 30+ staff Lost there job's and the Area I lived in was hard to find a job so I had to move 500km north at my own expense in order to find work I was born and raised in the Blue mountains 25 years on I had to move 500km north just for work GO FIGURE!!!
