Everything about this bus just reminds me of the GMC quality that I miss so much...the takeoff, the axle sound effects, and the "gruntorque" you hear as the bus goes through the gears just bring this bus together.

And I like the modified gear ratios on the tranny! Reminds me of a D.C. Metro 8700.

Gotta love the dual MacKay Gates on that bus! Didn't you ride a GM Fishbowl yet? Thought you were comin to Calgary soon?

What are those gates used for?

@MetroLinerXLZ - to operate the rear doors. Once the driver has activated the rear door, you push that gate and the door will open for you. On your way out, hold the gate open to keep door open until you are clear of the doors.
