@metroareatransit Actually, yellow bumpers are for weekday mornings, green for weekday afternoons, blue for weekday/weekend evenings and weekend mornings and afternoons, and black for overnight.

I have never seen this bumper before since I never saw Huckleberry Hound on midnight before, but great bumper!!!!
