i have a question im thinkin about buying this 1992 camaro rs with a v6 but its blown and i was wondering if the car would pass inspection if i put a 1978 350 motor in it, would it be street legal? thanks
@86Gbody the 700r4 isnt a computerized trans so all you have to do is hook-up the tv (throttle valve) cable (not to be confused with a kick-down cable) and get it adjusted right. Also as far a fuel supply you can either remove the pump in the fuel tank and extend the pick-up line to the bottom of the tank, or keep the original pump and install a regulator to lower the pressure. I went mechanical on the one i did so the fuel wouldn't keep running if the car was wrecked

How'd u get the 700r4 to shift w/o the computer and also what did u do for fuel?
