  • Intensity is all-important.

    Here's how to know the intensity of any weightlifting exercise you do:

    1. Add up the total weight that you lift during the exercise

    2. Divide that number by the time it takes you to lift it

    That's it. That is a magic number. It guarantees your success on every

    future workout.

  • I did not know about the carbohydrate and protein consumption on pre and post workouts. I will try this.
