You can't help car accidents victims if you have no expertise in medical field. If you move a victim, you might add more injuries if you handle them incorrectly. There's a possibility that you may get arrested. Don't rely on what you see in movies that people help injured victims, because its not that way it suppose to be.
The only way other people can help is to call for an ambulance.

Just leave ur number and I will call u within a wik. to be Honest, 15-Mins b4 the accident I started to film due to a nice overtaking of I think FX vehicle 2 the bus where I'm onboard but suddenly I deleted it and when I look back while grabbing my Camera, the RIGHT WHEEL of the AUV locked... then suddenly quick thing happen... after the last rool of the AUV, my Camera starts rooling that's why as u can see, there are traces of soil scattered and people starts to escape from the wrecked AUV.
I notice the presence of that vehicle before they got crash. they are trying to overtake the Bus which I on-board that's why 2-seconds after the vehicle stops crash-rolling, I recorded it immediately. the Person in red was badly hurt and some passenger inside the Bus said that maybe he is Dead due to approximately 10 to 12 feet high fly above before hitting the highway. This is very sad.

This FX is overtaking while rolling/crash near the concrete barrier for about 1/4 of the bus size. thats why as U can see, the victim wearing red is in advance position because that victim is FLYING for about 10-12Feet above NLEX road...

they cannot just stop there otherwise they will to get accident or the police will fine them, that is NLEX North Luzon Expressway Philippines.you can only stop at the emergency parking.
