hmm...I just think this was a weird scene bc it totally went against the whole point of the book--the writers of the book wanted us to believe we were the rule, not the exception and if a guy treats you like he's not interested or turns you down, you should not expect him to show up like Romeo one day and profess his love, basically like this scene, lol. I just thought it was predictable Hollywood, turning it into a cliche love story when sometimes...love doesn't show up at your door.
