  • You never mentioned how to PAIR the headset with the base unit. )c:

  • Thank you!!!

  • There's a little tab on the right side of the cradle that fits into a notch on the earpiece to hold it in place for charging. The little tab is prone to breaking off. I wound up drilling two holes in the cradle and using a very thin piece of wire to tighten the cradle. This helps to hold the earpiece in place for charging. It would be nice to be able to buy replacement cradles as they would be pretty easy to replace in the field.

  • @IPPhonesRock Totally understand. Unfortunately, cradle by itself is not available. Let us know if we can be of any assistance in the future.

  • The little plastic piece that holds the headset in place for charging keeps breaking off on these. Where can I find a replacement charging cradle without throwing the whold thing out and buying a new one?

  • @IPPhonesRock If you have a Plantronics CS70 or CS70NC model, it oftentimes will either be a tight fit when placing the headset into the charging base, or in other cases, be very loose. Both can be problematic, If I understand your issue, it sounds like the small, semi-oblonged shaped piece that allows the headset top to rest for charging is coming off. If so, you will see some wires that connects it. No solution exists to correct this short of replacing the unit. How long have you had it?
