i felt the same way about City & Colour until maybe the third time i listened.

But i was the same with Alexisonfire the first couple listens and they weren't anything special then when it started to sink in and i knew the song a little...well they are my all time favorite band now.

Try giving Casey's Song and The Death of Me another listen. You might find something that draws you in.

Works best after a bowl at sunset with a pretty girl :)

AGREED. Dallas Green is definitely the only lead guitarist/clean vocalist in a post-hardcore band who actually sounds great live, too (listen to TDWP or Attack Attack, their clean vocalists sound like shit live), and Ratbeard can throw down on some drum fills.
