  • @borntorun1979 I've stretched in high heels before and they work perfectly fine. You stretch when you're stretching. You're not running a marathon. I have bad allergies and just use toilet paper to blow my nose. Its practical and easy to carry around. If you don't like the video, just turn it off but don't bash people for trying to help others. I had some soreness in a part of my back muscles that I had tried to stretch using different techniques to no avail, but that last stretch really hit the spot, and I could feel the tightness disappear almost instantly. Thanks for this, really appreciated.

  • @morgan12311 I don't have any video that gives you a list of tips but I do have several videos about using health cleanses to help you lose weight.   • @morgan12311 You don't need a video. Losing weight and maintaining that weightloss is a LIFESTYLE not a FAD. Exercise and good nutrition. Fat is just an accumulation of ingesting (eating) an excess of energy (calories) in comparison to how much you burn (daily activities). Best tips are - eat less sugar in a massive way and fatty foods. Eat unprocessed & wholesome foods! Exercise more - walking, resistance training.

  • carolyn i found this site while looking for help with lower back pain and hip replacement pain exercising. you can up anyway i can not believe the comments on sex what is up with that. freaks. just wondering if there is any thing for my own pain the dooring hanging hurts me more seem to be low back pain that is sitting in my hip replacement and leaving me unable to walk stand for any lenght of time

  • @ks6695 Yeah, I know. I ignore it but it can be aggravating to say the least. Is the pain in your sacroilliac and underneath your hips? If so, I am hoping to get a video done on this next week cause this is what hurts me the most from sitting at the computer all day.

  • @primedlt I concur. Especially the bed stretch. No stretches should be done if you have chronic back problems, without consulting your doctor first.

  • @primedlt Your chiropractor may not know what he's talking about either. Read Art Brownstein's book "healing back pain naturally". Also look into Active Isolated Stretching it sounds like you could benefit from it.

  • @notaditdot you're awesome and I love your accent. Can I ask when you're doing the door frame excerise are you actually hanging from the door? I've had surgery 1994 lumbar discectomy on my L5/S1 but I'm still in a great deal of pain. Unfortunately my job involves sitting at a PC over 8hrs per day. Is there any specific exercises you could recommend for my situation? Lower back, hips are particularly sore and painful. Also my upper back, shoulders and front of shoulders are painful. Please help

  • @Hertsman50 No, don't hang on the door. Just use it for support. My hips get sore a lot too... and I am trying to find time to do a video about this but I'll tell you what I do. I use my kitchen counter and push into my sore hips with the counter's edge, then roll very slowly around the sore area. Its a true life saver for me. You can also use the door frame for your sore shoulders. Get the frame underneath your scapula and then slowly push into the pain. This has helped me a lot over the years!

  • Excellent video. The bed is not thought to be fitness training equipment but it is! I do a complete body workout with it.. Please show people more exercises using the bed. Crunches are the best because you get total sit bone support so there is no pain.

  • @brainleftme If its your mid back, try gentle stretches. Stand up with legs spread slightly. Pull your right arm over your head and gently lean to the left and visa versa. Also, never stretch to where you feel pain. If its painful, don't do it. Also ICE! Ice on for 15 minutes, ICE off for 15 minutes, etc. Also, try ibuprofen. It works wonders cause its an anti-inflammatory. Do not try the bed stretch at this time. XO Carolyn

  • @LeanneMariie15 I have been meaning to do a video on neck pain but never seem to have time to squeeze them all into my schedule! I massage my own neck with my hands but do the opposite side. i.e your right hand massages the left side of your neck and visa versa. Ibuprofen helps a LOT (or Naproxen), ice, and contrast baths. (ice for 15 min., alternating with heat for 15 min.) XO Carolyn (Will try and do the video soon!)

  • thank you soo much for those tips, ive had really bad back ache for about 6 months and the past month its been unbearable the doctor just told me to strech but it doesnt work the way ive been doing it.. ive just done all 3 of these and its worked already i can feel the difference! i think the one on the bed worked more i could feel the joints in my back clicking as i was slideing down haha.. thank you soo much tho!

  • sorry for the double posting, why can't you lay on the bed and stretch with your upper body hanging off the side? That seems a little more effective.

  • you can also find something like a couple of stools and place them on each side of your body and push youself up between them. Helps with the lower back, and you can twist your body while you do that. When you firm up your tummy in conjunction with those stretching workouts your back will be in great shape.
