Often at first , mostly axles and suspension. Now the one ton axles and custom suspension work really well, the trans and transfer case are still going strong and the engine was just replaced Golen Engines 4.6 but only to add some power. They've done a lot of fixing, fabrication, and maintenance in order to drive like that.

The stroker is 4.0 based so it installs and uses the same accessories same as the regular 4.0. no real mods needed.

They're vacuum operated, look under your front axle near the right tire, check to see if a little 2-pronged plug is unplugged. That's what kept mine from engaging.
