I can't understand where people find the patience for this kind of work. I love drawing myself, but at 50-75% completion I just always end up going "mmmmeh, screw it, can't bother to finish."

If it's of any comfort, it's not as easy as it looks. You got to consider proper lighting angle and what not, if a color looks too light or dark, ragga ragga ragga.

Plus, the quality of the original video wasn't all that great anyhow, so you wouldn't have really gotten much out of it learning wise.
