I went to SBMS with Rachel and was good friend with her in high school, I can honestly say to everone who didnt meet her, She is an awesome person! Her close friends and I can never stop missing her. But we've learned even angels must leave us. So don' get too down, I know Rachel is here for us, I hope you can share the same confidence.

I went to Spring Woods and one of my good friends was on the cheerleading squad with Rachel. Though I didn't know her personally, I just wanted to offer condolences to all of her family and friends.
i have known Rachel 4 a long time. i remember times i had with her. we went to the same church and she was in the band. she was a buitiful singer. i looked up to her and i still do. when i am sad about something i just think about her and remember her pretty smile. she incouraged me to be a singer like her and to have the dream of being a SWHS cheerleader!

I just found out about this minutes ago and its very sad to hear that she passed. I'm upset that I didn't find out about this sooner. She was such an energetic and lively person and she'll be greatly missed. So young and full of life. My deepest condolences go out to her family and friends.

Police say Jake Taylor, also from Houston, shot the 20-year-old coed then turned the gun on himself.
Ironically, Pendray may have saved Taylor's life in November when he took a bunch of pills and called her. She called the police and got him help.
