Yeah, in retrospect I actually remembered a convo on IRC about how he got the name. He was a GM in another game with the name 'Recon'. Kinda cool I thought, makes sense for a GM.

He made an alt in that game, and called it "Rekhan", with the obvious ST reference, so it made sense to carry that over to STO.

I would have remember, but I was also tired. I hope you all realize, we had both been standing for about 10 hours straight leading up to this! Rekhan's a great guy.

In an alternate universe (aka, 4 years ago) I was a member of a big ten football team.

After a shoulder surgery and deciding to double major in Math/Econ, those days are behind me.  I try to stay in ok shape though. I'm just glad I'm doing things now that expand my mind and don't destroy my body. Nerddom is extremely underrated :D

totally agree, I am the head editor for the {UFP} fleets news channel - newsletter and broadcasting channel and we've been so busy reporting prior to STO.

Not to mention im finishing a masters in advanced games . mix of the two makes me uber tired lol but this is still quite nice to see :) glad to be putting more faces/voices to the forum names
