when i read all these comments tears filled my eyes also. My dad was the same way when I was younger, but now that he has grandchrildern he has changed! :) And for the time I lost with my father when young, he has make it up by being the PERFECT PAPA!!!!! (which I ALWAYS THOUGHT MY DAD WAS PERFECT ANYWAYS even during the bad time... I couldnt image a day without him, when i was a chid.)

This song is sooo my song to my dad. He just checked into rehab today. It was a big step for him. He did it for me and my two sisters, I love him so much even though at times he doesn't love me.He's a drug addict and an alcoholic. i miss him so much. He was my world. i revolved around him. I acted just like him. I just hope I make better decisions in life and that my kids will never have to go through this when I'm older and actually have them. I miss you, daddy. This hits so close to home. My dad is a constant embarrassment to me because he's always drinking. He starts during the week at 3 and ends at 8, during the weekends he starts at 10am and stops usually at like 10pm.
