Hello, my brothers in Christ. The Peace of the Lord! I am a Christian singer in Brazil. I am promoting the songs from my 2nd CD called "Open Access". Even if you do not understand Portuguese, just as I do not understand the songs in English, I believe that music is a universal language, and I hope you enjoy. Acesse: fabioloppez's channel!
God bless all the brothers of the English language!
Religion is the fetid decay of the mind, the delusion of those too lazy or aloof to care about evidence or truth, it is a mind virus that seeks to keep its host blind to the inoculation of reason that would surely kill it.

I'm a presbyterian by conviction. I believe than our tradition is in decadence, but also I believe than our church is trying to do his best...reformed always reforming.
Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity! (Psalm 133:1) No Presbyterian, Catholic, Protestants, Orthodox, Adventist, JW, etc. only Christians helping and sharing.

What a dumb fuck! Quoting a book that was written over 2000 years ago by some primitive ignorant.
Hey quote me the history of how we were created....o wait you can't because your fairytale bullshit HAS been disproven by SCIENCE.
O quote me how we should deal with homosexuals, drunken teens and adulterers...o wait you won't because you will sound like a bloodthirsty homicidal maniac.
Why won't my denomination, the PCUSA, follow Abraham and preach justification by Faith Alone (Gen. 15:6)? Why do they continue to have homosexual clergy (Rom. 1:26-29), women ministers (I Cor. 14:34; I Tim. 2:12), and a lack of Biblical exhortation (2 Tim. 4:1-2). This man sounds like a presidential candidate (i.e., change), not a herald proclaiming the good news of Jesus Christ. Remember, you cannot separate Christ from Christ's teachings (Mark 8:38). God help us before our denomination dies.

Thanks for taking the time to comment on the vid. Just a couple of thoughts. While I very much agree that issues around homosexuality are on the forefront of many people's minds, though I never mention it in this video, I think the ordination of women is not longer one at at great level. I would be curious is this is still being talked about in your congregation or amongst your peers. As far as the denominations life in the future, I am not about saving the denomination, but may come . . .
Peers yes, church no (though it agrees with the Literal-Historical-grammatical perspective). And I appreciate the story of your parents and family. Thank you for that. I think we need to again stand up and proclaim the Scriptures in a faithful and consistent manner (As Calvin, Knox, and the Biblical Heroes). "If you don't stand for something, you'll fall for anything." I feel and statistics confirm we are falling, not standing for the truth (John 14:6). Praying for your ministry. God Bless
I think the comment underneath mine by "sacuypunk" confirms what I am saying. Is that the language we use to confront and change the culture (Ephesians 4:29)? Are we salt and light or darkness? What is even sadder is that "Saucypunk" and her congregation probably does not even believe in a "hell," even though Jesus Christ Himself clearly affirmed and espoused this (Matt. 13:42; 25:41; Luke 16, etc...), as does the Westminster Standards and all presbyterians till 80 years ago.
Im a Presbyterian who acutally believes what Presbyterians always have believed from the Bible, and tries to live a life that is pleasing to God. If his grandparents were Presbyterians in the 1940's, they would not agree with their own grandsons views, that is how much the Church of Christ has drifted.
But alas, the denomination gets closer to splitting, and about 10 percent still believe the Bible and will have to stick together if it comes to that, or united with another denomination.

The Presbyterian Church is the enemy of the Second Amendment and actively supports violating the Right of the People to Keep and Bear Arms.
May the Presbyterian Church collapse.

It will, because it has ceased being the church of Christ (Matthew 16:18), and now is the church of political liberalism, moral depravity, etc...

Fucking idiots!
Go to college you fucking ignorant, illogical, stupid, and intolerant bastards.
If you do go to college, pay attention in science classes.
THERE IS NO GOD!!!
Stop fucking up the worlds progress with your stupid shit.
Why does god bring to life those humans that he knows will go to hell, after all he CAN tell the future? Because there is no god.
Why are you such a dumb fuck? Because you have been raised to believe this stupid shit from birth.

Liberal Unbelievers Are Destroying Our Denomination. Thankfully, they can not destroy the true Church of Christ...
Jesus said: Matthew 16:18: I will build My church; and the gates of Hades will not overpower it.

Sounds like the Southern Baptist church might be a better denomination for ya. It's not about the rules. It's about the relationships.
