  • Exactly same happened to me, first ever flight about an hour ago :(

  • Didn't the told you not to fly over higher grass than 10cm? and didn't anyone told you Parrot may replace it when using Freeflight Application? :/

  • last photo ..... the space galxy

  • you got drone jacked by god

  • Alien took control of it and flew it out of Earth

  • LOL xD

  • Man...that's sad. lol! Mine did the same thing. I killed the power at 100 feet though. I thought for sure that it was a complete goner. I mailed it to the repair center and got it back in about a week. I've read that you have to train your parrot (lol!) before trusting it in the wild. :)

  • Theres so many of these fly away videos. lol. Mine did the same thing. I think it has something to do with the ultrasonic sensors. I taped a camera underneath and it partially blocked the sensor. My drone took off and only came back after crashing from 100 feet. I've had wifi problems too. I think this drone should just be radio control with iphone as a video downlink interface.

  • I know what fuck is going on!!!! the drones are flying back to the shops! than u can buy again...

  • very strange, and it happened to a friend of mine just last friday, and no one takes responsibility, their ar drone flew over woods and who knows what tree its probably stuck on

  • wow that sucks, I will make sure to leave the height limiter on mine. mine tried to fly away too but I threw a tennis ball at it and it dropped out of the sky un harmed!

  • ha haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

  • dont see how this could have happen - in the proper version of the application there is an altitude limit which works very well . However, as per other comments why not just press the emergency button ? or landing?

  • They said the ar.drone stucks at 3 mts of altitude because if not this could happen. So if i were you i will sue them

  • @kilougi you cant sue everyone every time something you dont like happens but I'm sure parrot will replace it since it's their fault!

  • @slimeytilley they sent out a questionaire, asking for the serial number, i do agree one should not fly this too high but my friends took off literally and never came back, she had a wifi error

  • you are a very good and experienced pilot

Also i saw your copter in France

  • @filip2231998 thank you!!! Are you French too???

  • you are a very good and experienced pilot

  • I have had the same problem. You can listen at 0:27 how the motors speed up and drive the ardrone away!

  • was it very windy when you flew it?

  • @bongbeltran not very windy, but the ar drone was out of control

  • @8991george how did the wind took it when you said it was not windy??? looks like a mainboard problem.. call parrot support and explain it to them and they will give you a replacement for sure...

  • @bongbeltran i asked them why it didn't have a height control. If they don't reply to me, i will sell my bumpers and my charger to ebay

  • have you press the emergcy button???

  • @davidpiano yes, but when it tried to stabilize the wind took it
