TAX on sales not the 200 year old income tax scheam, lets move on into the 21st century with a tax system that is simple requires no translation by accountants and allows every one to pay regardless of status, pays us our gross salary and tax's us on what we buy.

Its true, a vote for these guys (LD) - however nice their policies are - will only lead to certain return of the paper-faced-tory-biggots, returning and feathering their own nests, again. I always vote LibDem, even though a labour party member. Vote tactical - keep them out.

I would love to vote lib dems but I just don't think its an option in this election. The race between labour and the conservatives is so close that I feel I have to vote labour purely as an anti conservative vote. Besides, better the devil you know hmm. =)

@emilystrange126 It depends where you are, if its a dead heat between labour tory in your area then you're probably right but otherwise there's no reason why you should sacrifice your vote for a party you don't really like.

@emilystrange126 Don't think like that! :) Check out your constituency you live in. Remember it's likely the Tories in your area will gain some votes. If Lib Dems are nearest to them it is a vote for Lib Dem that will keep them out in your constituency.
And you know, get the word out there, convince friends and get them to convince friends...and you could push Lib Dems all the way to the top. It just takes some belief! Obama was below in the polls, he went on to win.

Why don't they talk about the (CAFR's) where all the GOVERNMENTs of America take ALL the TAX dollars and invest in the STOCK MARKET owning 80% of the stocks. Don't expect anything to change after the election whoever you vote for. All the main parties are loyal to organizations like Common Purpose, the Bilderberg group, the EU and the globalist banking cartel. All are aiding the subversion of the UK on behalf of the EU. All support the growing police state, the aggressive wars, the banker bailouts and the destruction of British freedom and sovereignty. The voting system is there to give the illusion of choice. Research the new world order.

I've just seen your Interview with Jeremy Paxman, I was very impressed, you seem very honest and genuine. You visited my University in Cornwall last week and met members of my group, I was sad not to have met you then. You have my vote. It is a shame the system doesn't work on proportional representation so that common sense from lib Dem and the greens could have more of an influence in the running of the country. Good luck!
