I think it is something they made up for the film. The original scene with Lamy was filmed with her singing the Jessica Rabbit song but they didn't and couldn't get the rights so someone had to write a similar song which fitted the lip movements so Lamy could overdub herself. Apparently it is the worst lipsinking ever filmed (well apart from the Posh Spice DVD).
