  • Didn't help that in the last 8 years every douche bag in New York who couldn't buy into the Hamptons decided to pitch their 4 million dollar tent here and essentially decimate the summer business season. Real estate killed more businesses on 7 Mile than any payroll or food cost...Pat rocks
