Likeamoviegtr, you already know this song was written by someone who eventually killed himself due to depression and that, the reason this is such an amazing song is because there´s a loads of pain in it. A pain that inspired Doug Hopkins to reflect his own feelings upon his songwriting. After watching your video and listening to your great voice and fine strumming, the only thing I could recommend you is, feel his shoes and feel all the shit he was going through when he wrote this song.
