Seven years ago, I went through much the sudden shift. Health and life issues it seem to push me into a state of mind. It was then that I ask a few questions, I got all of the answers. When, I let go of the thought that I need and want, I started feeling full and no more need for outward cravings of stuff in life. All my life changed. I have a book with answers, I was given.
To add: The exploration in Chapter 17 about changing from within is very helpful. That everything else only "stretches the experience of time." feels true! I always want to remember this. Appreciate, as well, the additional wisdom about unconditional love and acceptance of the self leading to what sounds like a true experience of freedom. Thanks again for writing such a terrific book!
Hi H. - Awesome interview, listened to it twice!..Esp. enjoyed the points re:
our infinite nature, the unreality of death & time (a favorite topic, time) + I>AM & mind>matter. Also, the *idea* of imperfection leading to suffering. Considering ideas and/or thoughts as objects or forms 'pushed out' as reality makes sense.
The explanation about what seems like polarity (?) re: emotions and balance - that was great, too!
