@ShinMoriwasu I enoyed having to unlock Saiki, Ash, and Billy Kane, granted there are other characters I can think of that I would rather play as, but hey, Saiki is actually fun to use, and he plays like a normal character rather then having SNK Boss Syndrome like Rugal, Geese, etc. The main thing Saiki has over other characters is his teleports. His moves are similar but not exactly the same as Ash Crimsons, and the motions for them are the standard uppercut and fireball motions.

@ShinMoriwasu But that was a double bonus, actually; you learned how to play characters (or in most cases, your particular team) well, and you also got to unlock characters along the way. That was never a chore for me; for you lazy types who want to buy your way through a game, have at it. I'm not implying you or anyone else, it's just so alarming that a lot, and I mean a LOT, of modern gamers actually want DLC in fighting games, when there is really no clear reason for it.
