Whenever I watch drama, theres always food. When theres food, it makes me hungry. Korean foods always look appetizing! I always wanted to try it. Now i wanna learn to cook more korean food! Thank you for this! Really helpful! :)
The reason why I cook only one side is to make rolling well and easier. The other side which isn't cook well sticks to the other side well. So when it finishes rolling, the egg roll doesn't get loose :)
@mamauei1 with seaweed? Sometimes, I used seaweed for egg rolls. After you pour the egg mixture on a pan, put a sheet of seaweed on it. Then when it becomes hard enough to roll easily, roll it. The seaweed will be inside of egg rolls. It looks really good and fancy;)
@lollipopluvaful Japanese eggroll is more soft and sweet because they add katsuobushi dashi stock to the egg mixture. So you can hardly see the rolling circles on the cross section of Japanese one :)
@KFoodAddict lol i love k-pop but nah my liking of korean food is not because of k-pop.. my first korean food was bimbimbap.. and i dont even know that i was eating a korean food (the restaurant look like a japanese restaurant)..
@TaengooVer9 Bimbimbap? That's fantastic choice for your first korean food :-) Hope you enjoyed that. Either K-pop or Korean food good for you haha ;-)
@KoreanAnt To be honest, I just forgot to put some salt haha:-P If you eat the egg roll just as it is, better to add some salt to egg mixture. But if you eat that with tomato ketchup or some sauce, don't need to add salt;-)
Thank you for letting me know. Yes your right friend :-D
This will be legendary! It is the first thing I ever cooked (if we don't count making a sandwich and ordering pizza as cooking) and I survived it... the apartment did too. :D
@forgetmenotfairy Of Course! You can creat a variety of egg rolls with different ingredients. Ham or bacon egg roll should be awesome too :-) Good idea!!
Great :) thank you, now i know how to make them hehe i thought it would be harder hehe but it´s actually so easy, i think i´ll make them for my lunch at school tomorrow :D
@KFoodAddict Oy, as much as I'd love to, my family would think I'd gone mad. xD; We always have very light breakfasts here in the Netherlands, like some bread and cup of tea. Anything warm like eggs or meat for breakfast would probably raise a loooot of eyebrows here. =P #StuckInTheStoneAge
@telephonedude Actually it's not usual breakfast even in Korea. It's more for a picnic or lunch which is easy to take and make :-) As you can see, it's simple dish. Try to make it someday for your family. They might like that with surprise;-)

@KFoodAddict I have a question..why cant you just make both sides of the egg cooked first and then roll it? Is there any difference? Komawoyooo~ ^^

Hey, Chloe... great tut video!
Just out of curiosity, I usually sprinkle some salt in my eggroll. Is there a reason why you don't put any salt in your eggrolls?
