Its Amazing how similar in philosophy and attitude the American Police and the British Police are in their response to the Black Populations in their respective countries. The LA riots were sparked by the beating of Rodney King and the London riots 2011 were sparked by the beating of a 16 year old Black girl. Both the LAPD and the London Police are have the accusation of institutional racism thrown at them despite fact both police dept have large numbers of coloured police officers.
