Soldiers, for me, they are heroes of this country. Only few would choose to put their lives in danger just to ensure the safety of people they don't even know. Before, I dreamed of becoming a soldier. I even tried PMA but I only pass the written entrance.and the rest never mind. But now I accepted that it is not for me because it is too hard. That's why I salute all the men and women of AFP. I admire all the soldiers who are willing to die for our country. I will pray that GOd may protect you.
We the soldiers have dedicated our lives to preserve peace and defend our nation from its enemies. It is sad to note that we have a President whose actions and behavior and intentions have been favoring the peace detractors particularly the MILF and the CPP/NPA. I wish he change his behavior and actions for the sake of winning +over the enemies and encourage our soldiers and policemen to be more vigilant and aggressive in performing their jobs...

The AFP has done a great job of keeping the enemies of the state at bay. Though there are isolated cases of atrocities, in general the AFP has and will continue to fulfill its constitutional mandate as the defender of the people.

i salute the men and women if the AFP specially those in the battle field,, we are a family of soldiers starting from my great grand parents till my father. i really wanted to be like them and my dream is to be come like them, but my father did not want me to follow there foot step. as he explained to me, there war before is different from there war before. now the war starts from the HQ.

haizzzzzzzz nakakaawa naman ang mga sundalo...buhay nila nakataya para lang kumita ng pera para sa kanilang pamilya...tapos mai iba jan pagdating nila ng bahay may kabit pala wife nila....di man lang inisip ng ibang wife mahirap maging sundalo...nagtiis sila sa trabaho nila kahit buhay nila nakataya..para lang may maiuwe na pera...oh my gosh....

I could understand all your sentiments ladies and gents but the song warrior is a child is not about war or literaly a military soldier. Its all about our fight with our own battle, how strong we are, how brave we are. But there are times when were failing/falling down and we rush home and cry like a child either to our parents, partners, friend or even God.

I am so thankful for our freedom,both spiritually and naturally,but freedom is NEVER free,Jesus was brutally and severely beaten,then he was nailed to a cross, had he not done this for us, we ALL would be in hell right now,because we could not keep the law on our own,then our soldiers put their lives on hold and on the line everyday,leaving their families behind to go fight a war they never started,how can I NOT be thankful? Thank you Jesus for this precious gift we call freedom
